Notes:

1. The participation fee covers: 1) participation in the conference; 2) conference materials (conference manual, pens, notepads, etc.); 3) coffee break and lunch buffet on August 23, 2025;

2. The paper registration fee covers the cost of reviewing and online edition of the Proceedings;

3. Accepted papers must be registered by the final camera-ready paper submission deadline, or the paper will not be published;

4. The official receipt will be collected at the conference spot after your registration is confirmed;

-One regular registration covers a paper with 4-8 printed pages, including all figures, tables, and references.

-At least one of the authors must complete an author registration by the final camera-ready paper submission deadline for their paper to be included in the final program of the conference.

-Listeners can make the registration directly by sending an e-mail to the conference secretary.

-Authors and presenters can only start the registration process when the paper is accepted by ICMME 2025.

Payment Receipt

After the registration is confirmed, an official receipt of your payment will be sent to you together with all conference materials at the conference site;

If you need the receipt before the conference date, we can send you the scanned version.

Refunds and Cancellation Policy

All refund/cancellation requests must be received before May 31, 2025. An administrative fee of about 30% fee from the paid amount will be deducted from each refund;

Authors who have requested for refund after May 31, 2025, are NOT entitled to any refunds. For details please contact: icmme@acamail.org.
